Return Policy

+ We are ALWAYS happy to help with any questions you may have before you place an order. We have included measurements, colors, etc. on each item listing. + Please be advised that we do not offer returns or exchanges for any merchandise purchased through our online store due to it being "Made From Scratch" at the time of order.

 

Damaged/Defective Merchandise

+ If you have reason to believe you received the incorrect product, please email us at hello@peddlergirlsjewelry.com within 3 days of receipt. We will be happy to make it right. 

+In this email please include the following: first & last name on your Primitive Peddler account, order #, photos, & name of the product(s).

+ If your product was damaged during transit, you must email us at hello@peddlergirlsjewelry.com within 3 days of receipt, no exceptions. If we do not receive notification within 3 days, the return will be rejected. DO NOT return prior to contacting us.

+ In this email please include the following: first & last name on your Primitive Peddler account, order #, photos, & name of the product(s). 

+You will receive a response within 24 business hours. (Monday-Friday, business hours only).

+ PLEASE NOTE: Keep all packing material until notified otherwise! This includes tissue, bubble wrap, box/envelope, etc. We will not be able to process a claim with the shipping carrier if the original packaging is not kept.
